By accessing and using PEF Academy platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use the courses and materials on PEF Academy for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

This license shall not allow you to:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes
• Transfer the materials to another person
• Share your account credentials with others
• Download or redistribute course content without permission

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course Access: Once you enroll in a course (free or paid), you will have lifetime access to the course materials unless otherwise specified.

Payments: All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@pefacademy.com with your order details.

5. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course (100% progress), you will receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are for personal use and do not constitute professional certification or accreditation unless explicitly stated.

6. Trainer Responsibilities

If you are a trainer on PEF Academy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and high-quality course content
• Own or have rights to all materials you upload
• Not upload copyrighted, offensive, or illegal content
• Respond to student queries in a timely manner
• Follow our content guidelines and quality standards

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Scrape or automate access to the platform
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. PEF Academy and our trainers retain all rights to the content.

9. Disclaimer

The materials on PEF Academy are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PEF Academy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PEF Academy.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your access to courses and materials will be revoked.
